Here we would like to explain about compensation and economic supports you receive when working at Deckers, such as salaries and bonuses, support for daily healthcare and risks of accidents, and asset building to prepare for retirement.

Base salary

Base salary is decided by considering the work responsibilities and market standard. The amount is adjusted as necessary when it becomes far from the market average after joining the company.

Salary increase and bonus

Once a year, there is an opportunity to receive a salary increase and bonus based on performance and evaluation. Both the salary increase and bonus are also correlated to the business performance of Deckers as a whole, in order to reinforce global cooperation and correlation.

Defined contribution pension plan (DC)

This is a pension plan where participants manage asset investment, and the amount of pension benefits is decided based on the result of such asset management. * For regular employees

Group insurance

We subscribe to a group insurance to prepare against sudden accidents. * For regular employees

(1) Life insurance: Insurance is paid to ensure your livelihood if you develop any designated serious disability not only on the job but also due to injuries or illness that occur outside of your work.
(2) Long-term disability income coverage...Provides long-term insurance coverage for reduced income in the event that you become unable to work due to illness or injury.
