Flexible working hours (flex system without core time)

You can control your arrival and departure times between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., to maintain your work-life balance.

In addition to Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year vacations, the company offers annual paid leave, sick leave, menstrual leave, maternity leave, special leave, leave to care for children, and nursing care leave.

Place of work/working from home

If there is no necessity for your work responsibility to be in the office, you do not need to come to the office in Ebisu. You can save the time and reduce stress related to commuting, and realize a working style that suits your lifestyle.

There is an opportunity once a month to consult with an industrial physician about your health.
