Even if we are working toward the same goal, each individual has different background and needs. We are creating a system and environment to realize a flexible working style so that each employee can fully exert their potential on a sustainable basis according to their lifestyle and business needs.

Day and time of work

Stores staff work in shifts, so days of work are decided according to the shift schedule of the store you work at.

Holidays and vacations

Sales Associates have two days off every week. The number of working days may be increased according to the person's willingness to work.
Number of holidays for Team Lead and higher positions is in conjunction with the holidays at the headquarters, securing more than 120 days a year.
To comply with the peak period of stores (autumn and winter), there will be more holidays in spring and summer.
There are paid annual leave, medical leave, menstrual leave, maternity leave, special leave, leave for nursing children, and care leave.

Place of work/dress code

Your place of work will be one of the stores located throughout Japan. There may be transfers to commutable stores based on the consent of the person transferred. Dress code differs by the place of work.

Health maintenance and improvement

There is an opportunity once a month to consult with an industrial physician about your health. We also have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available 24 hours a day to provide an environment where you can consult with us immediately if you have any problems so that you can maintain your physical and mental health.
